Victory day

On May 8, a youth bridge with the Russian House in Lusaka (Zambia) took place at Yugra State University. The meeting was dedicated to the celebration of May 9 – Victory Day in the Grear Patriotic War.

Victory Day is a special holiday for our country, it is a holiday of memory, honor, dignity, a holiday of tears of joy and sorrow at the same time. Tionge Ziba, a 3rd year student of the Ecology and Natural Resources Management program, who is regularly participating in such events, spoke more about it and her personal experience of celebrating 9May in Russia.

At this meeting, an interesting intellectual game was held, where foreign students could test their knowledge about the events of the Great Patriotic War.
