Application call for Russian scholarship program

Applications are accepted starting on September 15, 2025 via the portal education-in-russia.com. Prepare the documents required for submission in advance!

To submit an application:

1. Register on the website, go to the "My Applications" section and click "Create a new application".

2. Select the level of education, specialty and up to six universities. Chose Yugra State University as a first priority))))


3. Upload:

• a scan of your passport,

• a scan of your education document (if you are still studying - a transcript of records from your place of study),

• a scan of your grades.

4. Applicants for postgraduate studies also need a motivation letter, an abstract or an article on the topic of the upcoming research.


 Be sure to click the "Submit application for review" button. Applications with the "Draft" status do not participate in the competition!


 Please note: only foreign citizens have the right to participate in the quota competition. If the candidate also has Russian citizenship, you need to make sure that:

• the candidate permanently resides abroad;

• the candidate does not have documents on previous education of the Russian type
