II International Youth Forum of Applied Research «Oil Capital»

We hereby inform you about an international event organized by the Government of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra – The II International Youth Forum of Applied Research «Oil Capital»  which will be held in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia on February 21-22, 2019.

The Forum is a landmark event in the scientific life of students, young scientists and specialists of the oil and gas industry of Russia, a modern platform for a scientific and technical discussion between young specialists and leading experts of the fuel and energy complex, a discussion on current trends in the development of the oil and gas industry and a generation of new innovative solutions.

Within the Forum the First International Oil Academic Congress named after F.K. Salmanov, initiated and mainly organized by Yugra State University will be held.

The program of the Congress includes panel discussions, scientific sessions, public lectures, competence-based olympiad for schoolchildren.
            The Congress participants will be provided with the opportunity to present existing experience in how to train qualified personnel for the oil and gas industry, to share best practices in education and research, to formulate requirements of the business community to the competencies of graduates, to discuss challenges of a dynamically changing economy and to form research and educational collaborations for an effective cooperation.
